Use the link above to download our special tool (called REMOTE.EXE) that allows you to initiate a secure remote connection between your computer and one of our technicians. Remote connections can only be initiated by you starting the program. When the connection is in place you will be able to watch us work on your computer as we perform the service you requested.

When prompted either SAVE the file on your desktop so you can easily start it or better choose to instantly RUN it. Depending on your version of Windows you may see series of informational alerts before the remote connection is established. Please allow the program to run and connect to our servers if asked by your computer.

The remote computer assistance connection between your computer and ours is encrypted end-to-end with Twofish 256bit encryption. We do take security seriously.
